Created by starting with [[Mouse.aba.R.paint_file_20._follow_the_lines_2007-08-28.23460.paint?]] and then fixing things up, by:
- correcting when it seems like a single slice is offset (misaligned) compared to its neighbors
- when there is a weird-looking bulge composed of a few slices that look as if they might be mistakenly offset, partially correcting (as a compromise between the two possibilities of (1) the group of slices being mistakenly offset (i.e. the bulge being an artifact), or (2) the group of slice being correct (i.e. the bulge being real))
- manually "smoothing" all edges by redrawing a smooth line that averages out the differences between neighboring slices
- guessing for most of the uncertain interior nodes
