Creation history
- run caret. "open data file", select file type "segmentation", select file ([[aba_annotation_ourctx.nii?]]) (used to use: [[aba_annotation_ctx.nii?]]). Say "Yes i want to create a spec file". Enter info.
- zoom out (drag mouse to lower left while holding cntl and left clicking) (this step isn't necessary, but lets you see whats going on)
- volume->segmentation->find handles
- select all 3 axes, select "segmentation method", click "search for handles". 2 handles found. select it, then click "fill selected handle"
- volume->segmentation->generate cerebral hull volume
- volume->segmentation->reconstruct into surface. Select "maximum polygons" (in try10, also "generate hypersmooth surface", although i don't think that matters; i think it's just the inflated surface).
- surface->topology->topology error report, just to check (everything is fine)
